Our customers are why we exist and at Leivaire our Customer Service Team is fully trained to provide you with the service you deserve. Leivaire’s customer care team are enthusiastic, caring, considerate and down-to-earth. We see business through our customer’s eyes.

Our global online/ live telephone customer service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our online customer service will provide customer support via live chat, QQ, MSN and SKYPE. Remote help: for locations where telephone/internet access is not available, we provide free limited remote aid.

Everyone wants to do business with nice, pleasant people. Affability is our customer service people’s responsibility. This will help ensure our customers get the treatment they deserve.

Agreeability
All of our customers want to hear “Yes” when they ask us for something. Even if we can’t say, “YES,” we don’t say “No.” Instead, stop, take a breath and say, ”Let me see what we can do.” Then do something. We try our best to help every customer.

Accountability
Take ownership of our customer’s needs and issues. Let them know that we will do what it takes to make them happy.

Adaptability
Our customers’ needs are constantly evolving. We will make sure our ability to meet these needs also evolve.
